- Bright-colored cloth and reflective triangles to improve vehicle visibility
Personal Essentials
Many automakers and auto insurance companies offer roadside assistance as part of coverage. Just in case, keep the following in your roadside emergency kit for your own personal benefit or the benefit of passengers:
- Flashlight, extra batteries
- Compass
- High-energy nonperishables
- Reflective vest
